Strawberry Jam

The Mejerda Valley in Tunisia is where some of the sweetest strawberries are grown, and where whole pieces of this fruit have been preserved through a delicate canning process. Fruit jams from Les Moulins Mahjoub are subtly sweet and more fruit-forward than their American counterparts, which translates into less sugar being added.
